Most of the instructions for connecting to the Case network can be found

the Help link at the top
of the page.
The Main Campus Help Desk (ph. 216-368-4357)
can help you with instructions on how
to connect your computer to the Internet
and the Case network.
Please Note: If you
have a new Case Network ID
or Affiliate ID please fill out an eCurriculum
Access Form WR2 curriculum (Year I eCurriculum),
Years II, III & IV eCurriculums
To connect to either eCurriculum, please login
with ONLY your
Case Network ID or Affililiate ID and password.
Known Issues and Problems
If you have problems, please review the list of known issues and solutions
that we have listed below.
- If you use America Online, do NOT use the default AOL web browser
to connect to any School of Medicine restricted page.You can connect
to the Internet with AOL, then start up Internet Explorer and connect
to one of our web pages.
- Make sure the you are using http 1.1 settings in Internet Explorer.
You can find this under the Tools, then Internet Options menu and then
under the Advanced tab. Scroll down until you find the "HTTP 1.1
settings" heading. Then make sure that "Use HTTP 1.1"
has a check mark next to it.
- Macintosh users should be running OS X version 10.4 or newer and using the Safari web browser (v2.0 or newer).
